So he initiated a few days ago and said “Would you like to hang out/go out with me sometime?”

I said “sure” and we exchanged numbers.

Recently I text messsaged him saying: “I’ll be available tomorrow and Sunday. Tell me what works for you.”

He replied saying:

Do you want to have brunch at my place tomorrow?

My question: What’s wrong with this picture? If you need to know, we are both 3rd yr college students.

(I am not that good at english so if there are some problems in writing.. just understand me pleasee)
I am an asain girl who has been in usa as an exchange student for an year. during that stay in usa, I really liked one white guy who was in my class. I kind of thought he liked me cuz he was really nice to me and cared about what I did and what I have done.
He also liked to learn about my language and culture and tried to be my friend. But I was really shy to someone I really like so never talked to him first and pretended like I dont like him.
these days I just realized that the reason he acted like that is maybe not becuz he liked me but becuz he was just curious and wanted to be nice. he doesnt even know I liked him.
I am now in my own country and can’t go to sleep becuz of him.
I regret why I couldn’t be more friednly with him even tho I really liked him.
in this situation, do you think I should tell him that I have liked him even tho nothing would change?
