OK so I really need some advice ^-^
Last year in December I met an amazing guy, we were friends for a while and then we dated for about 2 months before he ended it (claiming that he was too busy and that we were too young to be serious). My friends think that this is a lame excuse, but I understand since I am also very busy. He was my first boyfriend and I was completely heartbroken when he ended it. After a couple of months of me ignoring him, we tried to be friends again and it seemed to work but things were always a little awkward. But here is the complicated part, he is an exchange student from Japan (this is his second year in Canada).
Recently he has been telling me he still likes me and he so sweet all of the time. We are also hanging out at school again and he really is one of my best friends. I think I still like him and I have told him this. However I said that there are conditions, I told him that I would only give him a chance if he decides to stay in Canada (we are in the process of applying to universities and his parents told him that if he wants to go to university here he can).
I am really so unexperienced in relationships and my friends are helpful but they all have different opinions. One friend says to wait until I know he is staying in Canada, another says just go for it and try to start things up again and another says wait until university to find another guy (she is my best friend and witnessed my state after our breakup…so she pretty much hates him). Also my parents (especially my mother) make it quite hard for me to be friends with him. I don’t know how to explain to them that I just want to be his friend and that not hanging out with him would make things harder. I hope that makes sense.
He asked me if I would like to go to his house tomorrow and study and I said that I still have to ask my parents (since neither of us have a car or can drive my parents have to drive me there and home). I am scared that something will happen between us, because last time when we went into the city together he put his arm around me (I know…it’s not a big deal, but it still meant something to me).
I think we may have reached some sort of mutual understanding, that we both still like each other, but we can’t do anything. The thing is though, I don’t want to waste time (I know I am still young and everything) but it seems so sad this way.
I really don’t know what to do. Please help!

hi! I’m italian and next year MAYBE (but I hope) I’ll spend a year in the usa (exchange student). I just wanna know how much money I need a month for live there…for example about 127$ is enough? or I need at least 254$?

second: how much clothes cost? for example a pair of signed jeans (for example D&G or LEVI’S and a pair of jeans not signed but with a good quality?

third how much the bus subscription cost?

Ok so I have this chinese speaking partner cause I am minoring in Mandarin with business. And for some reason this girl really loves me, and one day I was at her apartment and we were speaking and I randomly got a bonner and ended up boning her.

The problem is she is not really that hot, I was not fortunate enough to get a hot speaking partner(wouldn’t let me view there photos when deciding, donno why). Like I like her as a person but my goal is to have a hot girl not mediocre. But know she keeps on calling me and trying to “be with me”.

I think she may be making up that she is pregnant, and if she is Id hate to have to take care or pay for a kid and stuff.

I know there are child laws but since shes not a citizen I don’t need to pay child support or anything right?

at school i wanted to prank some people, so i bought some brownies and i shaped them like poop, then i waited for someone to come into the bathroom, then these chinese foreign exchange students came into the bathroom, and i started to eat the brownie looking poop and they were freaking out, then i through it at them. the look on their faces were priceless
