For people who have read both, do you like “The Last Tycoon (The Love of The Last Tycoon)” better or “Tender is the night?” Why?

Hi, I was thinking about going on a student exchange trip to Australia or England for my grade 11 or 12 year. I am currently in grade 9, with very good grades, I have had straight A’s since grade 4 and a 4.0 on the honour roll. I live for soccer and play competitively. Now that you know about me, I was hoping you could help me out with a few things..
- Good soccer teams
- Where to go (weather, etc)
- Programs to travel with
- Price

My husband was deported and I lived in Honduras, but I cam back to the USA to get my degree in order to ahve a good life in Honduras. I am really ready to move back and i dont want my family to fall apart…I have one year left and want any information or advice anyone can give me on how I could make this work. so ive been taking german and finally got my german exchange student so he came over here everything went fine but um..he sorta got me pregnant and im only 15 i dont know what to do……
its only a matter of weeks until my stomach starts getting bigger. My Student went back to Germany and ill probally never see him again help!!!!!!
See the thing is, I met this guy who was really really cute while I was doing the score board at the fifth grade tournament. He was helping me. It was also my first time. Also the night before. my bf broke up with me and i was really down about it and i didn’t want to go. but my mom made me. and he made me feel so much better. even though he didn’t know about anything. it just. helped.=]
I’ll start from the beginning.
No one was scheduled to help me, and one of the Coaches asked this guy to help. so he sits down the game’s about to start and i say “You’re going to have to help me b/c i’ve never done this before.”
and he said “neither have i”
then the game starts and he presses the buttons when i mess up and then i said i looked like an idiot or ughh i’m messing up so much or i’m sorry, thanks, and he’d just say it’s ok, your doing fine, and comfort my idoitness.=]
then when it was half time i introduced my self and he indroduced himself. then we started talking I said “I haven’t seen you before? do you even go here? or what’s ur connection?” he said that he’s friends with one of the graduates of my school and they are both from England (foreign exchange students)and he said he’s here for college. so i asked what college he said some school i don’t know of and said it was near Dayton. then he asked if i played basketball, i said yeah and he’s all like so ur a senior? and i said no. try 8th grade, i’m only 14 and he’s like “oh ur just a baby then” (saying i’m young) and we laughed. and then i asked how old he was and he said 19.
and i want to know if he maybe was interested in me. I know it might be illegal if we date and i don’t plan on ever seeing him again. i’m just curious. He was just. so nice and sweet and cute! and it meant something to me. and i just want to see what you guys think…

Im 5´4 and I weight 155 I want to lose 30 lbs REALLY fast. I do need it. I´m in USA like exchange student and I don´t want to go back (home) with fat Butt. Im leaving in less than month.
What Im planning.
Go on juice detox diet on 14 day
Do 20 minutes exercise at the morning plus 100 crunches
After do 60 minutes Ziki Violet Workout DVD or 40 minutes running with 20-40 minutes crosstraining ( gym ) in the afternoon
Drink a lot off water and water with lemon.
Use fiber every day and probably some energy boost.
Im size 8 and I wish size 4
Please Im over 18 and I know all the risks. I do NOT ask for any ” you will die”
I want to see real answer or numbers. I want to know if I can make it or if not how much weight I can lose ( less or more )
