I met this foreign exchange student a few weeks ago and asked if he wanted to hang out. He said yes. I didn’t hear from him for a few days, so asked him out again and he said yes. Today I messaged him on Facebook and confessed that I like him. He wrote back that he has a girlfriend back home but “I got along with you great and I would love see you again soon and have more of our exciting discussions. What do you think?”.
Does this sound like he is just being friendly or is there any chance of romantic interest? He’s really cute so I’m ok with a fling.

Dharun Ravi is from a prominent persian family in California with links to Iran.
I was so upset when I heard this story. Those persian students should be ashamed of themselves and I hope they remember this for the rest of their life. Their whole lives are practically ruined and they helped a young person take his own life. How could people do that to another person? Roommates are supposed to look out for each other..Why can’t we ship them back to Iran in an exchange?

Hey, I’m a 13 year old girl going on an exchange trip to Germany with my German teacher and about 20 other students from my school from 30th November 2010- 6th December 2010. I’m more excited than worried about this trip, but I’m just worried about staying with a family I don’t know. What about when I need the toilet or want a shower or something? Please could someone tell me what to do to feel comfortable, and do I take my own toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner? Thanks in advance

Long story short - two or three months ago my father was dealing with a flea infestation with his dog and two cats. (When I say infestation - I mean it). Now, all of the animals have been treated with frontline and everything is good again. A little over a month ago I left the states to be an exchange student, and I’m now studying in Finland for a semester. My stool has been completely normal - apart for the last week. I have lost weight here - but I’m sure that’s stress related, seeing that I’m quite home-sick and want to go home. However, the past two or three times I’ve had Mc.Donald’s (been going out with friends lately, that’s usually what they eat) - I have had a mucous-y, stool - at one point it was tube-like. Today, I saw what looked like the egg-segments - but I’m not sure if it was partially digested sesame seeds from the big mac last night - or if it actually was the egg-segments. Please note, my stool has been normal on other days (other than not ‘going’ daily - but that’s probably because my eating/sleeping schedule is off - I sleep most of the day and don’t eat much but when I eat - boy do I eat!) I have been gassy lately.. but again - that could also be the change in diet.
My question is - could it be tapeworms from digesting fleas/flea larvae on accident? Or am I just being overly dramatic and worried? Also, if it is a possibility - would it be very dangerous for me to wait until coming home to the united states in January to seek treatment?
Once again, I have dealt with tapeworms before (cats) - I know what the segments look like - and what I saw floating in the toilet bowl an hour ago looked quite similar if not the same. However, like I said before - it could have been undigested seeds from the bic mac.

i will be 17 when i leave for America on a student exchange program. i currently hold a Full New Zealand driver’s licence, but will i be able to legally drive over there? It might depend on different states, i don’t know, but overall?
Is it possible to drive on my current NZ licence, or will i have to get it transferred to American, if that is at all possible since i’m not american.
i’ll be there for one year.
Cheers

So, I have a huge crush on a German exchange student at my school. We’re both juniors in high school. I think he’s into me too. But, he holds extreme eye contact like I’ve never seen in other dates! Even when I smile at him in the hallway, he just stares. Is that a cultural difference?
Um, I’m sure he’s interested. That’s not the problem.

So this spanish exchange student, same grade as me came to my school. He looks very nice and about 3 other girls in my grade like him as well. But , they don’t say anything. I, being so courageous add him on Facebook and comment on his picture in spanish “you’re really hot, haahah i don’t speak spanish” . Then , when he was online I talked to him. I asked him how he was liking the usa, and then complimented him on his english. we’ve talked four time, the first was me, then later that day him, then later er that day me again then the next day i said
and he said :). At school, i saw him, but he didn’t see me so i didn’t say anything.. Then after we talked on line and i said i never saw you and he said
. we cant really communicate very well.. language barrier and all. anyways, before school, my first class is by his locker and i saw him looking at me when i was going there. he smiled but i pretended not to notice. during lunch me and my friends went to the cafe. where i saw him and all his spanish buddies. he looked at me and didn’t react. neither did i. we went outside and my friend was eating the cookie she bought and we wanted to know what cookie is in spanish so we went in and asked blanca that was sitting and he was there too. so then she said what it is and we said ok thx. and left. then after we were done, i ran into them again and he went to a girl and hugged her right in front of me. just a random girl that i know is older than us ,, so then, after school i “ran into” them again( if you read everything, start your answer off with , “Secondly”),and i was standing at blancas locker , we are friends, then i saw him and he brushed right by me to get to his locker, blanca and me and my friends left. then we had to go back and i saw him, so we left again and asi turned around my friend was still talking to blanca and she saw him walk up to another random girl and kiss her!! on the cheek or something. im not letting that bother me cuz im not the jealous type :p then i went to my locker, and ive NEVER seen him and his friends there in that hall till i said he was hot.. i was getting my stuff and he was talking reallly loud in spanish to get my attention. i payed no attention to bother him :p its ilke they just passed there to see me
as i do with him
THANKS for reading!! So, does he like me??~!!
