I was filling out an application to be an exchange student next year, when suddenly the document became ‘Read Only’. Why did this happen and how can I change it back?
The ‘Properties’ button is grey and won’t allow me to click it.

I’ve been traveling to China for many years now and get a severe thrill and sense of satisfaction by bringing people with me. Over the past three years, I’ve begun bringing 2 dozen - 3 dozen people with me each year. They love it….and many return to China with me to see it again.
I had an idea of raising money (or selling items) to accumulate funds that would offset the travel costs for potential attendees. The money I would eventually obtain (through either donations or sales) would subsidize the cost of the trips for those interested in seeing China with their own eyes (and I would be the ideal tour guide at no expense to them). If possible, I would love to provide grants to kids so they could see it on a student exchange as well.
My question is….should I start a non-profit or a sole proprietorship?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Every time I bring up the subject, my parent’s kind of roll it off their shoulders, but I really want to go abroad and don’t know how to tell them seriously. Any suggestions?

Hello, I am a student studying environmental science and ecological design. I have decided to spend a semester abroad in a post industrial country which I perceive to have a strong connection to nature and a progressive infrastructure in regards to sustainability. Both the University of Oslo and the University of Uppsala fit the bill, have exchange programs with my home university, and teach courses within my field of study in english. While I acknowledge Sweden and Norway are unique countries I feel as though I do not have enough knowledge to decide between the two and would love some input from people who have studied at or lived near one or both of these universities.
Thank you.

In a recent e-mail exchange, Limbaugh laid out his to-do list, which includes repeal of the health-care law and the financial-regulatory-reform bill; ending the ban on offshore drilling; the reprivatization of General Motors, Chrysler, and the student-loan program; a spike in the heart of cap-and-trade legislation (he regards global warming as a hoax); the elimination of the capital-gains tax; a reduction of the corporate tax rate to 20 percent; and replacement of the progressive income-tax code with a flat or “fair” tax.
This is from a Newsweek article.
