Student Exchange Programs

I met this girl once at a volunteer orientation meeting for an environmental organization about a month ago. We seemed to have an instant connection with each other during our brieft casual conversation. THe meeting soon ended and I did not have enough courage to ask for her e-mail address. I haven’t seen her again since our first meeting but I did obtain her e-mail address from our superviser. I don’t know if she will ever come back. All i know is that she is a foreign exchange student. MY question is should I contact her or should I just forget about her since we are still complete strangers? Your answers will be appreciated.
