Student Exchange Programs

Since I lost my job and the cost of everything is going up my husband and I decided to rent out our 2 extra bedrooms.

The 1st person is moving in tomorrow. I made a great 6 page lease with the help of yahoo answers. Thanks Guys!

The 2nd person is an adult foreign exchange student that will be here for 4 weeks. After he leaves we will continue to get another student, and maybe 2 at a time.

What kind of advice do you have for us to live in harmony? One thing I put in the lease is quiet hours are form 10pm to 8am and he has to quiet down any time we ask. I dont think this will be a problem with our computer nerd roommate. lol
