Student Exchange Programs

I would really love to travel to a foreign country over the summer. I’m 17 years old (a senior in high school) and I’ve never left the States, yet I have a real thirst for learning about other cultures.

Does anybody know of any study abroad or student exchange programs which offer very, very cheap prices for going overseas?

My family really doesn’t make a lot of money, I’m even on free lunch at school.

Or can someone direct me to a website which offers study abroad or student exchange programs, and maybe a scholarship site?

I tried doing this research myself but I’ve spent an hour searching to no avail. I’m not very good at finding things online…
