Open Question: Could I get accepted to Cornell?

I am a sophomore in high school about to enter my junior year.
Academics: I maintain a gpa of 3.8/ I am entering AP American History next year and honors english. In my senior yea I will add to that AP biology and FF french (gets honors credit)/ In ninth grade I received an English achievement award and a mixed chorus achievement award, and this past year I got student of the week in global studies, a global studies achievment award, and a mixed chorus achievement award/ This year I was selected as a student in Who’s Who Among high school students/ Consistent High Honor student at my high school (average above 92.000)/ member of junior honor society, joining national honor society next year/ took the PSAT and scored a 1300/1600/ Currently I am ranked number 20 out of 150 in my grade, but will most likely change since I am doing AP courses the next two years/ selected to attend an law institute in washington dc, although i couldnt attend due to financial circumstances/ my sister is a professional editor, who help me intensely with my essay that I will submit for college

Extra curriculars: I am currently concert master of my school’s concert band, and was selected to study in Europe this summer with the nation’s finest bands/ I have attended a prestigious camp at Ithaca college for the past three years, principal clarinetist there for two of the years while I was there/ All county and area all state bands for the past 3 years, ranking very high in the seating consistently/ I have taken private lessons in clarinet since I was a freshman in high school/ I am currently a member of my town’s youth symphony, as assistant principal clarinetist, planning on competing in the concerto competition this coming year/ in NYSSMA, i have gotten a 26/28, 24/28,27/28,99/100, and 98/100 for clarinet, and a 97/100, and a 99/100 on my voice solos, as a tenor/ I am a member of drama club, and have had one lead and two supporting roles the past years/ I am traveling to France next April as a part of my school’s French Exchange program/ active member of french club/ a member of chorus and jazz choir, singing solos in different languages in the ensembles/ recently selected as an alternate for NYSSMA all state chorus, a very prestigious group/ A member of environmental club, key club and president of the pride club, and SADD./ Odyssey of the Mind for 5 years, placing 1st at regional tournament each time, and a 2nd place at states and two 3rd places at states/ participating in a theatre work shops at a university next summer and an institute in which i will study with the philadelphia orchestra/ cross country/ Selected for NYSBDA band, a very prestigious conference to improve musicianship/ I will start taking vocal lessons from the best vocalist in my area/ I made it to the semi finals for the invention convention/ mentoring for 1 year (10th grade)/ recieved a very rare scholarship from my city’s music program called the logan thomas scholarship, awarded to only the 2 most gifted musicians in the area/ various awards in french, for high grades/ I am in my church’s choir/ I play with my church’s band on clarinet every now and then/ applying to a job, since i just turned 16/ I have ushered for my town’s forum for off broadway shows/ I currently have about 25 hours community service(plan to get more my last two years of high school)/ treasurer of my eighth grade advanced instrumental music class/ I do stage crew for many community performances and middle school shows/ I have played piano for 5 years and i plan on starting again soon/ I have been a member of Kopernik Observatory since 4th grade (an advanced science group)/ I have gotten mastery level (85 or higher) on all my regents except for math, where i got an 81 =[ /
