Student Exchange Programs

ok this dude on facebook had requested me,he is from Turkey.I ask him how old are you and he told me and the year,so i did the math and the age he told me was wrong,so i ask me if you were born in the year that you told me,how can you be this age,he said o im sorry.He told me he is coming to my city (mobile,al) as an exchange student (exchange student program).He also told me he was going to work at a hotel in my city.one day he ask me for my number on facebook,and i said wats yours and he told me he cant get incoming calls from the U.S,or it cost to much (something like that).He never did call me,and he wrote me on fb talking about he will call me when he gets over here.today he suppose to come but he told me his flight been canceled he will come 5:30 in the morning.i ask him how do i know if this is really you,he said what you dont trust me? he showed me pics where he was in south c..he seem so mysterious..how do I know if he coming over here to kill me?terrorist attack?scam?
