Student Exchange Programs

I’m exchange student from finland and i have to do english presentation in our english class. I was thinking something about school. Something like how much u get support from government for your studies and when are your exams. Because I find it really weird that u have exam weeks only twice a year (is it same all over Ireland?) when we have in finland five times. What do u think about these subjects?
