Student Exchange Programs

So the semester just started and there’s this guy in my psych class who stares at me. He’s a foreign exchange student from Germany. He sits beside me. My friend told me that he’s been staring at me for quite sometime. I’ve noticed too. I see a lot from my peripheral vision. We bumped into each other a little while ago on accident ( like on the movies as I was told -_-) and we both said sorry and introduced ourselves. He’s nice and cute. Every time at the beginning of class, I turn to the side and he’s always staring at me and we both smile. My friend told that a day ago or so he was staring at my feet and then at my face..kinda weird. Why does he stare at me so much? Am I just weird looking? :/
