Student Exchange Programs

I want to be an exchange student in Taiwan.. I want to have a change or an experience even though it’s only for a few days, weeks, or months.. I am 14 and my gpa is 4.. I’m in high school.. can somebody tell me how can I be an exchange student in Taiwan?
