Open Question: How can i lose 30 lbs fast …. in 14 days ?
Im 5´4 and I weight 155 I want to lose 30 lbs REALLY fast. I do need it. I´m in USA like exchange student and I don´t want to go back (home) with fat Butt. Im leaving in less than month.
What Im planning.
Go on juice detox diet on 14 day
Do 20 minutes exercise at the morning plus 100 crunches
After do 60 minutes Ziki Violet Workout DVD or 40 minutes running with 20-40 minutes crosstraining ( gym ) in the afternoon
Drink a lot off water and water with lemon.
Use fiber every day and probably some energy boost.
Im size 8 and I wish size 4
Please Im over 18 and I know all the risks. I do NOT ask for any ” you will die”
I want to see real answer or numbers. I want to know if I can make it or if not how much weight I can lose ( less or more )
