Student Exchange Programs

So I am going to be a highschool exchange student over the summer. I am going to be there for 6-10 weeks. I also happen to be a vegetarian, and I have been one for many years. Just what should I do? Will my host family be alright with it? I am not one of those vegis that gets upset when people eat meat its just my choice not to eat it. What should I do?
Forgot to add that I am not for like running around and telling people. Mostly only if they ask me, but I though it will be kind of important for my host family to know.
