Student Exchange Programs

I’m a bisexual sophomore (guy) and there’s this foreign exchange student from China that I like (senior). He’s extremely cute and looks like a singer. He’s also bi. I really want to just talk to him tomorrow at breakfast, but I’m not really sure how.

I’m pretty intimidated because he hangs out with all of the “scene/emo-ish” kids. I don’t really know what to say, or how I should make the best first impression possible. He seems like a nice fellow and I sometimes cry to myself because I know he’d never like me. He sat by himself today, and if he did the same tomorrow I really wanted to talk to him. I just don’t know how I should go about talking to him, or what to say. How should I start it? How can I stop being so afraid to talk to him? I just want to be friendly and make him feel comfortable with me…
