Student Exchange Programs

i wanna move to the US, but i wanna know how will be the easiest way to do it? i know that getting a green card and all that stuff is really hard! so i hope you can help me out here… btw, i’m only 13 years old now,and live in Norway, but in 3 years i’m gonna be a exchange student for 1 year on a high school in the US (Senior Year) and going back to Norway for one year, and then back to the US again to go on college there, and i’ll heard we are allowed to stay 1 year in USA after we have finished college, so i’m gonna do that to, and then probably going back to Norway if it’s no other ways to stay longer, so if going to school there would help me, please say how it would help and what i should do to get to live there then? for the last time, please help! i’ll really appreciate it best answer with full stars! PS: I have no family in the US.
