Student Exchange Programs

today at college i was pulling out my car and when i looked back there were no cars then suddenly a girl also backed out from the space behind and our cars both touched each other. I got out to check the damage and there was no noticeable damage just a tiny paint exchange on the bumber which was able to be washed off. I was scared if she was going to ask for my insurance because i don’t want the rate to increase because of this but then she was like is it cool and asked are you alright. and then i said yea and then she left. Do you think that this was right. Do you think that she was also scared to have her insurance rates be increased since we are college students. I am just to stressed off by thinking about this, not because of the paint of my car but the insurance..
