Student Exchange Programs

Im 21 years old. exotic dancer/college student. I met this 22 year old army sergeant at my place of employment this week. He approached me in the club and wanted me to dance for him. He spent alot of money on me that night. Im a very smart and attractive & he is too. He has alot of qualities I want and need in a man. He seemed so geniune and sweet. He told me he had just got back from Iraq and he was visiting his friends & family. His friends brought him to the club. He says he doesnt have a girl or wife or kids. We exchanged numbers & he said he wanted to keep in contact. He doesnt call me, he only texts me. When I call he always seems to be busy. I know he is here visiting so I try not to take it personal. He took me out to eat one day after I got off work & he kissed me. I feel butterflies when Im around him. am I overreacting ? is he interested or not? what should I do? …..play hard to get?
He says he wants me to come visit him too.
