Student Exchange Programs

Hey,
I’m an international student willing to study abroad in an affordable and good university.
I saw the Boston Trusteeship Scholarship and wanted to know if I had a chance if I apply.
I was ranked 4 of 28 in my 10th grade, 6 of 22 in my 11th grade (we were all good) and 3 of 20 in my 12th grade.
My average marks of the last three years of school are: 82/100 (if converted: 3.3/4 GPA)
I participated in the Model United Nations and formed a Student Company called ‘Comfi’ that sells seat-cushions to school students. I learned piano and did some community service. Also, i have my own blog and went through a student-exchange program to Germany in Grade 11.

should I bother applying and do i have a chance?

If not, which colleges do you nominate? I plan on pursuing my studies in Finance or Pre-Medical Studies.
Also, I got 1790 on my SAT1.
