Student Exchange Programs

im studying in japan as an exchange student and i see girls cutting or shaving their eyebrows, like americans do.

BUT the boys here cut their eyebrows too, not shave, but cut, no writing on the eyebrows.

at first i was like huh? really? but i kinda started thinking they dont actually look bad, but pretty cute.

anyway is it bad for boys to cut their eyebrows? yeah with eyebrow scissors.
