Student Exchange Programs

I’m an American, and I don’t know if ppl from other countries feel this way, but I really think it’s cool how their accents sound. Take ppl from the UK, they sound so proper. The other day I did cable installation at foreign exchange students house who was from Australia and his accent was really cool. I’m fascinated with all the different places of the world and wish I could travel and see them. Do ppl from other countries feel the same way about America, or have we made ourselves look too bad to the rest of the world?
