happy new year!

Hi! Me and this girl are both at uni. Im in UK, she’s a US exchange student.

She came to our dance class ( I was teaching!! ) and gave us her email. But she never turned up again. So I emailed her asking her when shes coming next and Id like to see her. She replied that shes not coming back next term. She was travelling europe and suggested coffee when she gets back and said she looked forward hearding from me.

We added facebook and agreed to meet. But her flight back to UK was cancelled and she couldnt get back in time. She said it was a shame as she was looking forward to it as I was already gone home for hols. I said that Id take a train to see her. Unfortunately she got back the night before her morning flight from europe and so she msged me asking me to add her to skype so we can talk.

But I dont have a webcam at home so I said I might have to wait till the new year when I go back to uni to talk. A week after she got back she msged me yesterday that shes home and anytime in the next few days we can chat if I wanted to on skype. I said that Im going back to uni next week as I have webcam there. Im going back on Monday and suggested tue or wed. asked her to pick a time.

Im not sure about starting a long distance thing. Will it work? Shes not coming back to the UK.

Does this mean she’s def interested? I havent heard from her yet. When will she reply? Help its killing me!
