Student Exchange Programs

So theres this new korean foreign exchange student at my school (im korean also). She cant speak good english and i speak english as a first language and pretty good conversational korean. And you guys know the story probably: i got a crush on her. A REAL big crush on her. I only have one class with her (math) and we sit on like opposite ends but everytime i look over shes looking right back at me. Idk whether its cuz she likes me or cuz she wonders why i dont talk to the korean exchange students (shes not the only one, there are several at my school). How can I get closer to her? (Btw, I am a bit shy about talking to her not because I dont wanna but cuz i think ill embarass myself silly)
