Student Exchange Programs

I’m a sophomore and he’s a junior, a foreign exchange student. I kinda like him but I don’t know him all that well we have two classes together. For valentines day my school has candy gram like things i don’t know what they call them but anyway, there’s a rose, a can of crush soda, or chocolate covered strawberries. Should I send him one? If yes, which one? Should i sign my name, send it completely anonymous, or send it where the note says anonymous but he can pay a dollar to find out who it was? I’m thinking of asking him to Sadies, its going to be at an amusement park this year, so I was thinking of sending it anonymous and then depending on how the date goes tell him it was me then. But then i was thinking, what’s the point of sending it anonymous? You don’t really accomplish anything, its kinda just a waste of money. So what do you think I should do?
