Student Exchange Programs

At the end of October i will be hosting a student from Denmark. This is my first time hosting along with a group of other students. What are Some ways I can make sure they have a great time along with avoiding the ignorant students at my school who like to ask stupid questions.

Also, Does anyone have any advice on how to raise money that way our foreign exchange club can go to Denmark in April? We have 15-20 people.
