Student Exchange Programs

I would be going as an international student from Australia (though my cultural background is Chinese).
I am choosing between China and Canada for exchange but can’t decide.
If you could tell me a bit about Quebec City, and what university is like there (I would be going to Université Laval), it would be very useful!
