Student Exchange Programs

I recently started dating this exchange student at my school.
Hes really protective like my own friends are scared to hug me because hes just like ’shes mine dont touch’!
I like him lots but i feel really isolated
He goes back to his country in 3 months
Do I talk to him or should I break up with him now?
