Student Exchange Programs

Hii guys,
Ok, a little background, I just finished 10th Grade as an exchange student in California state, USA, which means next year i’ll be in 11th in my home country (Israel), I know its might be a bit early to start thinking about college, but if there’s one thing I learned from my exchange experience, that everything comes so fast!

I really wanna go to Stanford for my college education and after that to Stanford Medical School (I want to be a surgeon), First of all: What’s Stanford’s policy about International Students, including Financial Aid?
and when do I submit my application (I’m going to be graduating in the year of 2011), and is there certain things an International student should send with or some kind of a special Application?
