Student Exchange Programs

I need a pen-pal from a European country like France, Greece, or England so where can I find one?
Guy or girl, it doesn’t matter.
Obviously, I want a pen-pal who knows some English. I especially want to meet people from England! I LOVE those accents.
I’m 17 years old. I’m from the U.S. (I won’t reveal anymore info here.) I really want to do this because it sounds fun. It doesn’t matter how we communicate. We can send letters or exchange email addresses or use oovoo/skype.

When I was in 5th grade, my teacher’s daughter taught in England so we wrote letters to her students and they wrote back to us and sent us videos and stuff like that. I want to travel to Europe someday and would love to learn about the culture there.

So is there a website like that or anyone from here?
