Student Exchange Programs

first of all, i am an international student who studies in usa. i use to study beside this beautiful girl, ad we exchange glances and smile on each other’s faces. we start talking as a break from studying and we enjoy that. now we exchanged our #s, and we are gonna have a dinner next weekend , but i have so many issues:( would you still date me if i tell u this ?):
i am a muslim guy and i don’t drink ,as alcohol is prohibited in islam, so i wanna pay for her dinner except the alcoholic drinks , so how can i tell her that without embarrassing her?
also i will be going back home after i am done with my studies which will take almost 7 years , so i don’t wanna her to develop feelings for me then it would hurt her when i leave but i have sooooooo much of feelings for her, and i dont know if she is would go back with me if we are married,
also i wanna tell her that i never had a gf in my life nor kissed a girl so i want to date each other to see if we are suitable for each others without any sexual relationship.
i think she would be mad if i tell her that , and she might leave me ,a and i am attracted to her and i dont wanna hurt her what s ever ,thats why i wanna tell her all my personal stuff , so she can make her own decision. i thought about being the best friends and see how would it turn , but i don’t wanna her to be taken but again i think its unfair for her to be around me with no sexual relationship.
what shall i do?
and girls , would you still date me if i tell you that?
