Student Exchange Programs

My family and I live in the Orange Park, FL area and are hosting an exchange student from Spain for the month of July. We are trying to think of fun activities to do while she is here and want to show her our culture and state. We are already planning on going to the beach, St. Augustine, Gainesville, Ichetucknee, and Disney. Any other suggestions?
