Student Exchange Programs

Hello! I am interested in becoming an exchange student from America to one of the countries listed below…
-China
-France
-Poland
-Russia
It would probably hard to do Russia or China, so my best best is either Poland or France. If you know a government site or school site that has a form or more information, that would be great! I am a freshman in high school. Thanks for for looking as well as your help!! Have a great day!!!
